Death ends a life, not a love
A grant of Rs 5,000 is payable to an employee whose dependant relative has passed away.
Eligibility
- The employee must have been in employment in a Tourism Enterprise and have contributed to the fund for at least 12 continuous months.
- Members contributing to the TEWF are hereby informed that they have to apply for any scheme within 3 months from the date they are entitled.
- Dependent Relative includes an unemployed or retired spouse & child under 18 or a child over 18 following a full-time education or who cannot earn a living because of a physical or mental disability.
Mode of Application
Applicant:
- National Identity Card;
- Bank Account number(Payroll or Bank Statement);
- Certificate of Employment (Valid for one month ONLY)
Deceased Person:
- National Identity Card;
- Birth Certificate;
- Death Certificate;
- Marriage Certificate (Where applicable)
